#Kunana – Rumana & Kunal’s, Welcome Dinner

BAQAA completely turned around the Nazim residence into a full blown movie set and theater to seat 350 guests. The living room was converted into a magical stage with lighting, ground fog, audio visuals on the walls. The concept and the show was choreographed, conceptualized by our very own founder, designer Rachna Chadha. The inspiration was journey of Darbar style dancing from Mugha E Azam, Pakeezah, Umrao Jaan to the famous Mastani dance from Bajirao Mastani. This was the first big event to kick start the week-long festivities for Rumana and Kunal. The Kunana Welcome Dinner was filled with live performances with our very own performer and music composer Ratish Chadha with free style percussion, flowing into non-stop mesmerizing performances by the most talented troupe of 16 dancers from India. The guests could not stop talking about the total magical transformation of the house. Dancing continued till the wee hours with family and friends rocking the stage.
